Emily has worked in the property industry since leaving school, turning her long- standing passion for property into a successful career. She joined Crofts Estate Agents as a Lettings Negotiator and has since become a valued and experienced member of our Sales team in Cleethorpes. Courtney joined Crofts Estate Agents in 2023 as a Business Administration Apprentice, completing her Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship before progressing to Sales Negotiator in 2024.

In October 2025, she began her Level 4 Marketing Executive Apprenticeship and now combines sales negotiating with supporting Crofts' marketing. Passionate about marketing and property, Courtney enjoys creating engaging content, showcasing homes, and helping clients every step of the way.

She is committed to continuing her professional development while delivering excellent customer service and contributing to the ongoing success of the Crofts team

Having been part of the Crofts team since 2024, Grace began her journey with the company through a Business Administration apprenticeship, which she successfully completed. Since then, Grace has gained valuable experience within the property industry, developing strong organisational and customer service skills. Grace is now training in Sales Negotiation, continuing to expand her knowledge and expertise within the business. Friendly, approachable, and dedicated, Grace is committed to providing excellent service and supporting clients throughout their property journey.

Izzy is our Digital Marketing and Administration Apprentice, playing an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Crofts Estate Agents. She assists with digital marketing, social media, property listings and administrative tasks, helping to ensure our marketing remains engaging and our processes run smoothly.

Passionate about developing her skills and delivering excellent customer service, Izzy enjoys helping showcase our properties and supporting buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants achieve their property goals. Her enthusiasm, creativity and willingness to learn make her a valued member of the team.

Having graduated with a BSC (Hons) in Sports Therapy, David chose a different career path following university. After initially working in Manchester as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, he relocated to Cleethorpes and as a result joined Crofts with two and a half years’ experience in the property industry. Since joining Crofts in 2017 he has continued to improve his knowledge and understanding around lettings and is now the Manager of this department. David prides himself on his customer service skills, and believes that the key to being a great Estate Agent lies within the service provided.

Belle joined Crofts Estate Agents as a Business Administration Apprentice in the Lettings department in 2018 and has progressed through the business to become Assistant Lettings Manager. With years of hands-on experience in residential lettings, she is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and supporting landlords and tenants throughout their property journey. Belle has achieved Level 3 qualifications in Business Administration and Management & Team Leading, holds the NFOPP Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management, and is currently studying towards her Level 5 Management qualification. She is committed to continually developing her knowledge and skills while helping to support the Lettings team.

Hollie joined Crofts as a Customer Service Apprentice back in 2020 and has worked her way up to becoming a full time Lettings Negotiator, gaining her Level 3 Award in Residential Letting & Property Management along the way. Hollie is a hard-working, motivated individual who strives to succeed daily and goes that extra mile to help with customers’ needs. Teamwork is paramount to Hollie - evident from her participation in a variety of competitive sports. Hollie is a valued member of our team and continues to work hard to build on her knowledge of the property sector.

Sandra started her career in property as a Lettings Administrator for another company in Cleethorpes. Following this, Sandra progressed her role onto being a Lettings Negotiator. Sandra had a slight change of role within the property industry and worked for a Block Property Management company in Hull and was responsible for communal maintenance in properties around the UK so has a great understanding of both maintenance and property management and has already racked up 7 years of experience within the field.

Rebecca joined Crofts in September 2021 with a strong background in customer service having been a Retail Manager for 10 years. Looking for a new challenge, Rebecca initially joined us as a Lettings Negotiator and as a result has a wide range of knowledge surrounding the entire rental process. When the position of Maintenance Manager became available Rebecca decided to change roles and is now responsible for all repairs on our portfolio of properties, ensuring issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Rebecca is a positive individual with a desire for things to be done the correct way, and this is shown in her day to day work to ensure great service for clients.

Alicia joined Crofts from a respected local lettings agency, bringing valuable experience surrounding rental properties. She plays a key role in coordinating property inspections, supporting landlords and tenants, and efficiently handling the wide range of queries and issues that arise throughout tenancy inspections. Well organised, approachable and always positive, Alicia has a genuine can-do attitude that makes her a valued member of the Lettings team. With excellent communication and listening skills, she is committed to providing outstanding customer service, ensuring every client receives prompt, professional support and assistance with their individual needs.

Having been a self-employed hairdresser, Sarah understands the importance of great customer service. She loves meeting new people, has a lifelong interest in property and is greatly enjoying her role here at Crofts.

Jo is enthusiastic and professional - and strives to achieve the best in all areas. With a background in banking, she has the perfect skill set to further develop her role as a trainee Mortgage services Consultant. Jo is very service-orientated and enjoys helping clients and solving any problems that they may have.

Alison brings with her over twenty years' experience in advertising and graphic design. Alison works to raise the profile of Crofts, both locally and nationally, and to reinforce our strong message of first-class customer service and our unrivalled knowledge of the local property market.

Since joining the Immingham branch in 2019, Matthew has built his career by progressing through a variety of roles, gaining invaluable experience across every aspect of estate agency. This journey led to the opportunity to successfully run the branch as a franchise for over three years, delivering consistent year-on-year growth before its acquisition by the Connells Group. Today, as Branch Partner and Valuer, Matthew continues to lead with the same ambition, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellence.
