Our trained staff will visit your property for photographs on a day and time to suit you and take professional images from angles and positions to show the property in its best light. We guarantee the rapid production of draft sales particulars, these will be forwarded to you for approval, and once approved, and any personal amendments have been completed the brochure will be prepared for reproduction. All of the websites on which we advertise have full details and full colour photographs maximising the number of potential buyers that will consider your home for their next move.
Crofts have been standard bearers for all Estate Agents locally raising the bar when we opened in 2006 by committing to being open 7 days each week and have done ever since. Any prospective applicants who register their details either in our office, online or by telephone on our database are automatically matched up with any new instructions that are taken, the database instantly pairs suitable people with suitable properties and a list of potential purchasers is produced, this also occurs after a price adjustment is made on a property and all suitable matches will be called not e-mailed (unless specifically requested) and the property will be discussed and if it is what the client is looking for then a viewing will be arranged. Our list of clients is red hot and is kept up to date at all time.
After we conducted comprehensive local market research amongst vendors’ one thing became instantly apparent and that was how disappointed they were with the service provided by the agents in regards to ‘lack of feedback.’ Nearly every person interviewed complained that they didn’t really know what was happening with their property as regards to potential sale and marketing. Many said that other than viewings the agents had not contacted them for weeks, leaving these vendors feeling vulnerable and uncertain. If you prefer all viewings can be conducted with an escort from our personnel who will have been suitably trained and well versed in presenting a property for sale purposes, the potential buyers interest will be noted and this will be used to provide feedback about the viewing.
