All of our sales personnel are experienced property professionals holding industry related qualifications and all live local to the area, so they are very familiar with the property market and services available. Entry onto our Database of Prospective Buyers - All prospective buyers that register with us are asked a series of questions that relate to their specific property requirements. The information provided is then entered automatically into our database, this is then cross-referenced each time a new property is taken onto our sales portfolio, and any matches are passed to the matched buyer. The buyer has the choice how the information is sent to them; the choices are e-mail, SMS text, telephone or post. As the system is automated as soon as new properties are added the suitable details are immediately dispatched, so you will never miss the chance of finding your ideal home.
The registration can be carried out from our website or personally either by telephone or visiting our showroom.

It has been previously mentioned that 60% of initial property suitability searches are carried out using the Internet but only 55% of the nations households are on line. A member of staff is always available to assist those people who are ‘technophobes’ or new to the Internet. Currently ‘Crofts’ offer the public the largest sales showroom in Cleethorpes, and in our opinion the most inviting, with the best facilities available to our clients. As soon as you walk in through the door you will be greeted by a member of the team and you will see the bright, modern open plan environment, you should feel at ease straight away, free to browse at your leisure or ask for assistance.
We have a separate lettings department to the rear of the showroom and a private room for clients who wish to discuss their personal affairs away from the main sales area; this is used in particular by the ‘in house’ IFA’s, so your financial information stays confidential. We have provided a comfortable seating area and public Internet access facility so you can consider your property requirements in a relaxed fashion, whilst doing so you will be offered complimentary coffee and tea. Even the children have been considered in the design and layout; we have a separate children’s section where they can play (supervised by their parents or guardians) whilst you deal with the ‘grown up stuff’ without distraction.

Access to Full Range of Financial Products
Our ‘in house’ Independent Financial Advisors’ are always on hand to offer advice about a whole range of financial products from mortgages to home insurance. The advice provided will be totally independent and they have access to every single mortgage product available so you will be hard pushed to find a better deal elsewhere. If it is more convenient to discuss your personal information in the comfort of your own home this can be arranged and either Jane or Fiona will visit you there. You don’t have to be selling a house with us either the services are available to anyone and everyone.
