Our Branch Valuation & Sales Manager (or someone else suitably qualified) will visit your property at a time convenient to you. During the initial meeting it will be explained in more detail how ‘Crofts’ offer you an exceptional value for money sales package, with a somewhat different approach to property sales. We guarantee the rapid production of draft sales particulars, these will be forwarded to you for approval, and once approved, and any personal amendments have been completed the brochure will be prepared for reproduction. All brochures produced will be to high presentation standard, our clients even have the option for glossy or laminated sales particulars (these are available at extra cost, contact us for details.) All brochures will have full colour photographs; floor plans (where applicable,) a location map or directions to the property.

Showroom open 7 days a week and most bank holidays - currently we are still the only Cleethorpes Estate Agents to open 7 days each week, we have done this since we starting trading in March 06. There was really no choice in the matter and we are amazed our competition hasn’t followed our lead! After conducting comprehensive local market research amongst vendors’ one thing became instantly apparent. Some vendors will be happy to escort potential buyers around their property and will assess for themselves the interest that is shown. Where this is the case wherever possible we will seek to obtain confirmation of an individuals identity before allowing the viewing to proceed, this is to ensure wherever possible your security.

So if you have a panic on or major worry or concern and you have to call one of our employees out of hours in an emergency as long as they are near a computer with Internet access they can access details about your sale anywhere in the world.
