The service is bespoke to each individual or company, we all have differing needs, and levels of service are designed to meet these needs. Are service can range from simply identifying to clients suitable property and passing on the details so the client handles all of the negotiating through to the completion of the property. Alternatively our managing director will handle the whole process, identifying suitable property, negotiating on behalf of the client, controlling the whole purchase process and after completion undertake the full management of the rental aspects.

The fees for these services are dependant on the level of service required. The full acquisition service typically results in fees equivalent to 1.5% of the agreed purchase price, with half of this fee paid upon acceptance of the offer. The remaining part of the fees being paid upon completion, funds to be received by us directly from the appointed conveyance professional.
