Some agents offer a tenant finding service, whereby the agent will simply source a ‘suitable tenant’ then have no further interest in the matter. We are a little sceptical about this, as the agent has no continued financial interest in the tenancy, who is to say the agent will truly ensure the ‘right tenant’ is installed at the property?
